How likeness consent works on INKAN

Consent is captured with the likeness itself and sealed with a cryptographic stamp. A wax seal, except the wax is maths.

The stamp travels with the content

The record goes wherever the content goes and checks out offline, without asking us. Edit it and the seal breaks.

The EU AI Act makes this urgent

From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act (Article 50) requires AI-generated content to be disclosed. Use a real person's likeness and the question is: can you prove they agreed?

A paper contract takes days to find and check. A sealed record verifies in seconds.
